Why I Created the Healing & Goals Retreat

I've been coaching women for the last several months, and something unexpected has happened. Almost every person comes to me thinking they know what they need.

"I need to grow my business."

"I need to figure out my next career move."

"I need more confidence."

Those are good goals. But they are almost never the real work. What I've learned through my Awareness & Expression (AE) Method™ is that when we slow down long enough, another conversation begins.

Discovering Hidden Fears

Someone realizes the fear they're carrying isn't even theirs. It belonged to a parent, a teacher, or a former boss. It could be a culture that taught them to play small. Another woman realizes she's been successful for everyone except herself. Another discovers that she's spent so much time surviving that she can't remember the last time she asked herself what she actually wanted.

That's why I created the Healing & Goals Retreat. Not because people need more information.

We're Drowning in Information

People need space. Space to think. Space to write. Space to hear themselves before the next email, meeting, notification, or family obligation comes rushing in.

Life's Waves

I've started to think about our lives like the waves along the ocean. The waves never stop coming. Bills, work, children, aging parents, deadlines, and expectations. Even good things can become another wave. Sometimes our purpose gets knocked beneath the surface.

My job isn't to hand you a new purpose. It's to help you rescue the one that's already there before the next wave crashes over it. That's what we'll be doing together during this retreat. We'll write. We'll reflect. We'll ask better questions than the ones we usually ask ourselves. We'll notice the stories we've inherited and decide which ones still deserve a place in our lives.

Creating Meaningful Goals

We'll create goals, but not the kind that come from pressure or comparison. We'll create goals that grow out of awareness. Because I've learned something from every woman I've coached this year. Clarity comes from quiet meditation.

If you've been feeling like life has been happening to you instead of through you, maybe this is your invitation to pause. To declare the next version of your life in community.

The Power of Community

Community plays a vital role in our growth. When we gather with like-minded individuals, we create a safe space for exploration. We share our fears and dreams, and in doing so, we find strength. The connections we forge can be transformative. They remind us that we are not alone in our journey.

Embracing Vulnerability

Embracing vulnerability is essential for growth. It allows us to be authentic and honest with ourselves. When we let down our guard, we open the door to deeper connections. We can share our true selves, and that is where real healing begins.

Finding Your Voice

Many women struggle to find their voice. Society often teaches us to stay quiet, to conform. But at the retreat, we will encourage each other to speak up. We will explore what it means to express ourselves fully. Finding your voice is a powerful step toward reclaiming your purpose.

Setting Intentions

Setting intentions is a crucial part of the retreat. We will take time to reflect on what we truly want. This isn't about what others expect from us. It's about our own desires and aspirations. By setting clear intentions, we pave the way for meaningful action.

The Journey Ahead

As we embark on this journey together, remember that it's okay to feel uncertain. Growth often comes with discomfort. But that's where the magic happens. Embrace the process. Allow yourself to be open to new possibilities.

Join Me

I hope you'll join me at the Healing & Goals Retreat. Together, we can create a space for reflection, growth, and empowerment. Let's rescue our purpose and set meaningful goals that resonate with our true selves.

Your journey awaits. Let's take this step together.
