To book our services, we need a signed agreement and a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours of the event. We can provide a formal contract for clarity and accountability. Long-term contracts start with a consultation fee.
How does your cancellation policy work?
If you cancel at least 30 days before the event, you may get a partial refund. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling might be possible based on availability.
Are travel and accommodation costs included in the base quote?
Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the base quote. These expenses will be added to the final invoice based on the event's location and duration.
What are the payment terms for booking?

What is your rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule based on availability. Please inform us at least 14 days before the event to avoid extra fees.
How will I receive an invoice and contract?
Invoices will be sent via email, and a formal contract can be provided if needed to outline all agreed terms and conditions for your peace of mind.
